The Hope for Nigeria is holding a Free Skill Acquisition Program for Nigerians. The Program is aimed at Developing Nigerians through acquisition of basic Production Skills that will enable an Individual to become productive and jointly develop the economy. A skilled individual will have the materials needed for production, will have access funds to Start-up a business, manage and grow the business, and ultimately nurture individuals who will serve as employees.

The Organization curled her guideline based on the Central Bank of Nigeria's (CBN) directives on training and production. We can guaranty that 10% of those who undergo the training will receive external funding, while over 70% will be able to establish themselves and generate funds after the process. The various fields of training include:

  1. ICT – Software production, Website Production and AI (Artificial Intelligence) development
  2. Water Purification & Engineering
  3. Cinematography & Film Production
  4. Beauty Production
  5. Fashion and Textile Production
  6. Art and Crafts
  7. Farming (Agricultural or Livestock)*

*Interested Applicants who are interested in Agricultural Production will have a special provisional training and production course of within 3 – 6 months.

Guidelines

  • The Skill Acquisition Program is TOTALLY FREE FOR VERIFIED MEMBERS OF THE HOPE FOR NIGERIA INITIATIVE (Either Staff or Benefactors).
  • A participant will go through an intensive training within two 2 – 6 months. See Training Guide
  • A participant can only pick one (1) skill from the list of Skills and get trained only once.
  • A participant will get certified at the end of the period.
  • A participant will get free training materials.
  • The training will take place in the 36 states in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory, to be run in different batches. Time-tables and schedule for the training will be made available after registration. See Training Schedule
  • Funding is from our organization and thirteen (13) different Institutions and Organizations that provides Grants and soft Loans for Business Start-ups.
  • Business Owners can also participate in the case if funding is the sole aim.
  • We guaranty funding for at least 10% of the trained individuals.
